Support IVUmed’s October Workshop in Uganda
IVUmed sends teams of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to low-resource countries, where they work with local doctors and nurses to train them in urology. Dr. Eric Richter has traveled to Uganda in East Africa each year for the past four years. He has built strong relationships with the local doctors and has helped them serve hundreds of patients in need.
Dr. Richter is going to return to Uganda with anesthesiologist Dr. Edward Cobb, who joined Dr. Richter last year, as well as IVUmed Resident Scholar Dr. May Jean Counsilman. Your donation will help pay for medical supplies and help local nurses attend the surgical workshop and care for patients.
