IVU has been a great friend of Caribbean urology for a number of years. IVU workshops led exclusively by volunteers has resulted in a transfer of skills to the local urological community and has enhanced the local residency programs. It has been an awesome journey with many great experiences filled with learning, friendships and laughter.
